Beer and food have the power to transform each other—enhancing your experience and enjoyment of both and nothing goes better together than burgers and beer. You’ll learn to make a variety of burgers for every taste and craving, along with pairings of local craft and national brand beers. You’ll also obtain beer pairing advice, delicious recipes, and answers to your questions about how best to pair beers with burgers.

Objectives

Learn what local craft and national brand beers pair well with various styles of hamburgers.

Content

1. Information on basic pairing of beers with different flavors (spicy, savory, rich, crisp or acidic)

2. Learn how different beer can affect the flavors of foods.

3. Learn to create craft burgers beyond simple ground beef.
