Description

Italy offers a diversity of regional foods from the Piedmont to Sicily.  Our Charlotte Cooks instructor will discuss the various cooking styles and ingredients to show you how to prepare traditional dishes.  Taste the gastronomic delights from the northern, central and southern regions.  You'll also take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe booklet.
