Moroccan food is considered one of the great cuisines of the world. Couscous, preserved lemons, olives, sweet fruits and spices are used in many Moroccan dishes. Feast on a Moroccan vegetarian meal prepared by our vegetarian instructor, from appetizers to dessert and of course fresh mint tea to drink with your meal. As an added bonus, take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe booklet.
