Pennsylvania Dutch Regional Cooking

Description

Reflect to a time when food and family were center stage. This is apparent in Pennsylvania Dutch cooking by the simpler lifestyle.  Our chef instructor features traditional home cooked favorites such as Amish-style Chicken Pot Pie, Braised Pork and the all-time favorite Shoofly Pie. You will even take home a starter for the ever popular Amish Friendship Bread and a Charlotte Cook's recipe booklet.
