Let our Charlotte Cooks chef instructor teach you how to prepare your own by combining base flavors, selecting ingredients and simmering to reach the flavor and intensity you want. Stocks are essential for all home cooks so you can create great soups and sauce your main dishes. You’ll take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe booklet filled with recipes for a variety of hearty, delectable soups and stocks.
Students will learn to prepare basic stocks and incorporate them into soups.
The ingredients, techniques and equipment need to make stocks, along with the soups and other dishes that require stock as a base ingredient.
