Join our Charlotte Cooks instructor for a hands-on experience in our bakeshop while you learn to prepare a variety of breakfast specialties that include fresh, baked muffins, scones, biscuits, and pastries.  

Objectives

Students will learn a variety of basic baking techniques including:

  • mixing and baking quick breads
  • making and rolling out dough
  • working with puff pastry dough to create turnovers and Danish-style pastries
