Don't let a fear of pie crust keep you from enjoying this American tradition. Our Charlotte Cooks instructor will demonstrate simple ways to make a variety of pastry crusts. In this hands-on class, you will create sweet and savory pies and tarts filled with fruits, vegetables, cheese and custards. You’ll also take home a Charlotte Cooks booklet filled with class recipes and more.
The student will learn how to bake various pies, such as fruit pie crusts, tarts, and vegetable and cheese delights from a single type of dough.
