Wilton's Flower and Cake Design

Description

In this course, build on your skills learned in Decorating Basics. Lean to make beautiful flowers, such as the rosebud, daffodil and violet, perfect for any occasion. Just as important as learning to make the flowers, you will learn the basic principles to create impressive floral arrangements on your cake. Student will begin working with fondant and gum paste. You will learn the basket weave and reverse shell for a lovely finished cake. A supply list will be emailed prior to the start of class.
