Description

The key to preparing savory pizza pies starts with the pizza dough. Our Charlotte Cooks instructor will demonstrate the steps for mixing, rising and shaping the pizza dough. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked on this international favorite. Learn about the variety of sauces and toppings and how to oven bake or grill your pizzas. As an added bonus, you’ll also take home a Charlotte Cooks recipe booklet.
