  1. Tres Leches cake
    • Ingredients
    • Step by step procedure for creating this popular layer cake
  2. Flan
    • Create and bake custard with a caramel topping
    • Procedure for making flan at home
  3.  Sweet tortillas
    • Tortillas layered with fruit puree and finished with queso fresco
  4. Queso Fresco and Bocadillo de Guajalsa
    • Sweet guava jelly slices topped with savory queso fresco 
  5. Matrimonio
    • Figs filled with dolce de leche and finished with queso fresco
