Description

In the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training attendees will immerse themselves into Agile Product Management as well as experiencing Scrum from the Product Owner point of view. We will cover several concepts on how to create a product and build a Product Backlog. Attendees will have a full immersion into Agile principles, concepts and practices that define the Scrum framework. 

Attendees will hear real-world stories and techniques experienced by their Certified Scrum Trainer where Scrum has been successfully implemented. Attendees will also experience innovation frameworks that they can take back and use in their organization.
