Description

Looking for a new way to exercise? Dance it off! Learn a mixture of both Hip-Hop and Latin dance fitness routines.  Get a great workout while learning a few new dance steps.  Move to the exciting rhythms of both Hip-Hop and Latin sounds while burning calories and creating strength and muscle endurance.

Objectives

  • The students will learn a variety of dance steps in the method of Hip-Hop and Latin Dance
  • The students will participate in high intensity exercise programs.
  • The student will experience several types of fitness activities and appropriate safety techniques.

Content

  • Warm up and stretching exercises
  • Cardio exercises
  • Toning, strength routines
  • Mix routines of cardio and strength
  • Cool down techniques.
