Description

Start your day with an invigorating workout.  Join us before work to participate in this motivational, military style fitness session.  The early morning time allows you to get fit without disrupting your busy schedule.  Free locker and shower facilities are available on site.

Objectives

  • The student will participate in military style fitness exercises.
  • The student will experience several types of fitness activities and appropriate safety techniques.

Content

  • Warm up stretching exercises
  • Cardio exercises
  • Toning, strength routines
  • Mix routines of cardio and strength
  • Cool down techniques
