In today’s world it pays to be prepared. Men and women both need to know how to execute simple, personal protection techniques should they find themselves, or a loved one, in a threatening situation. Learn from a self-defense expert, essential, easy-to-use close quarter defensive techniques and strategies, which use your body and your surroundings to increase personal safety. If you work late, park in deserted garages or are out alone at night, this class will teach you defensive techniques. You'll also learn how to identify dangerous situations and apply easy-to-learn safety strategies.


  •  Escape from front and rear grabs, holds and chokes
  •  Defend against common punches, slaps etc., by using your natural weapons; elbows, knees, hand and feet
  •  How to identify potential predators and dangerous situations


  1. Stop attacks using elbows, knees, hands and feet
    • Controls, joint manipulations and locks
  2. Use leverage to gain control against larger opponents
    • Defend against bear hugs, front hugs, front chokes, head locks and common grabs
  3. Control “fear factors and reactions under stress
    • Identify key target areas on the human body
  4. Practice and use learned techniques to role play in simulated attack situations
