Accessing Astraweb

Astra Schedule’s online client, AstraWeb, can be accessed by going to the link http://astraweb.cpcc.edu.  A log in option is listed on the upper right hand corner of the page.  Log in with your CPCC credentials.

Scheduling a room

To schedule a meeting, you must give an advance of 2 days minimum when using the Astra Web client.  After logging into Astraweb, select the calendars tab.  Select the scheduling calendars to set your room schedule.  After using the options to select the correct room and date, click the calendar at the time you want to schedule your event.  The option to put in your event will appear.  Select the event form for the area your room is in and then continue.  You will then fill out the meeting information.  Select in the lower left hand corner if this is a single, recurring or spanning meeting.  Finally, after selecting the date and time information, select the request rooms option and select the room you want.

For any issues, that arise while working with AstraWeb, clients should proceed to contact the Help Desk. Examples of such issues are:

  • Error notifications
  • Unable to access the AstraWeb site
  • Unable to find a room
  • Unable to navigate the site

The above mentioned are examples and do not represent the only issues we assist with. However, the Help Desk is limited to assisting with errors/issues. We advise that any client encountering issues with a reservation and attempting to adjust a reservation contact the Help Desk and their request will be assigned to the appropriate team. To avoid issues with scheduling it is advised that reservations be made at least a week prior to the date of the event/meeting.

The following is the predicted resolution time for Service Requests. The priority of a request is determined by the Analyst assisting the client. Several factors are taken into account when assigning a priority including urgency of the request, current backlog of requests, and existence of alternatives.
