CPCC Login is the system used by Central Piedmont Community College to create student accounts.  Students are able to manage account features from this system.  CPCC Login is the primary method for students to reset their student password to access additional systems at the college.

Employees are also able to use CPCC Login to access a number of options such as recovering their print pin or changing their employee password.

During these hours of operation, the Help Desk will respond to any phone calls. However, during busy times, or if a client chooses to leave a voicemail, the Help Desk will return the call to the client within 2 Hours. This is the same for any emails sent to the Help Desk.

Why do I need a CPCC Login account? 

Your CPCC Login account allows you to login to CPCC's many personalized online services. A CPCC Login account is required to register for classes online. Your CPCC Login account is also used to access online content for classes and to login to computers in CPCC's many computer labs on campus. 
 I created an account when I applied to the college. Is that my CPCC Login account? 
No. The account you created on the CFNC/NCMentor site is for their site only. This enables you to return to their site and have them pull your application information back up. You must use the CPCC Login application to get a CPCC Login account.
