Schedule builder is a system used by students to locate their classes and register.  Students in curriculum courses as well as Corporate and Continuing Education classes can use it to view course information.

The Help Desk will be available to assist with any requests pertaining to Schedule Builder during the following Hours of operation:

Monday – Thursday

During these hours of operation, the Help Desk will respond to any phone calls. However, during busy times, or if a client chooses to leave a voicemail, the Help Desk will return the call to the client within 2 Hours. This is the same for any emails sent to the Help Desk.

For students that require assistance with an error during a test, the Help Desk highly recommends that contact be made at the time of receiving the error. Screenshots are also helpful in determining the root cause of the error. 

How do I use Schedule Builder?
You can view a PDF of this process located here or you can follow the steps listed below.
Go to https://schedule.cpcc.edu.  
Enter your class into the search bar.  If you are unsure of the exact class, you can enter similar terms to locate your class.  
You can use the filter option to filter out certain campuses, terms, or delivery method.  
After you have located the class you want, select the title of that class to view open sections.  
Once you have found a section that can fit your schedule, select the plus sign on the upper right hand corner of the class.  This will add the class to your course cart.  
Once you have added all your classes, click the “Submit this schedule to preferred list in MyCollege” option.  This will export your classes to MyCollege where you can complete the registration process.  
I do not know what classes to take?
If you are unsure of what classes to take, we would recommend speaking to a counselor as they would be most capable of providing information about what classes to register for.  
I received a message saying I am already registered
We would recommend checking MyCollege for your current registrations.  You can find information about how to do this located here.
