Web Employee (Web Advisor for Employees) is the Ellucian Colleague Web Interface used by staff and faculty.   Web Employee/Web Advisor can be used to submit forms to ITS, check student attendance, view pay advices and W-2s.

Features

Web Employee/Web Advisor can assist you with the following:

  • For Employees: Online tools to manage your relationship with the college. Access your employee leave balance, etc.
  • For Faculty: Online tools to assist faculty in dealing with students and their classes, such as attendance, grades, rosters and more.
  • For Advisors:  Online tools to assist advisors in counseling students.

Accessing the Employee Menu
After going to the Web Employee/Web Advisor site, there will be a log in button in the upper left hand corner.  Select this button and log in using your employee credentials.  Once you have done so, you may access the employee menu by selecting the maroon Employee button that appears on the left hand side of the screen.  From this menu, you can request for new access through the College Information Systems Access Request, check Pay Advices, enter time, and more.

Request Advisor Access
Log into Web Employee/Web Advisor when you are on campus. By selecting the College Information Systems Access Request, you can request additional access to Web Advisor.  Select Web Advisor from the drop down list under System Type and the needed application under Application Type.

Please Note:  Our web forms use ImageNow, which is no longer compatible with Google Chrome.  We recommend you use Firefox when attempting to submit forms requesting access.

WebEmployee/Web Advisor is supported via the Help Desk. The client should always contact the Help Desk for any requests pertaining to scanning or errors encountered with WebEmployee/Web Advisor. The Help Desk will be responsible for ensuring that errors and issues are escalated through appropriate channels to ensure issue resolution within the specified time-line.

The following is the predicted resolution time for Service Requests. The priority of a request is determined by the Analyst assisting the client. Several factors are taken into account when assigning a priority including urgency of the request, current backlog of requests, and existence of alternatives.

During these hours of operation, the Help Desk will respond to any phone calls. However, during busy times, or if a client chooses to leave a voicemail, the Help Desk will return the call to the client within 2 Hours. This is the same for any emails sent to the Help Desk.
